Reliability in hot phases
Some applications require maximum flexibility of the strap. TITAN developed the extremely elastic Megaflex I for precisely these purposes.
It is particularly suitable for use in the wire industry and in special hot coil applications that are exposed to enormous temperatures during bell annealing and thus become strongly deformed.
The material is subject to a great deal of stress and requires high temperature stability. Megaflex I with an elongation of 18% can absorb particularly high dynamic loads during transport extremely well.
It ensures maximum reliability, even when things get hot.
